  1. For Private Universities / Colleges / Institutes:
  • Letter of Invitation Email by the Principal / Training Placement Officer / Dean (Placement Cell) of the Venue college.
  • The College / University Should provide Transport expenses for at least Four (4) Nos. of Delegates.
  • Transportation will be by AIR (Nearby Airport will be there) if more than 350kms Anywhere in INDIA from Bangalore City.
  • If below 350 Kms, then CAB or Tier 1/2/3 AC train can be managed.
  • From the airport, to the venue, CAB facilities should be provided.
  • Arrangement for smooth stay in any Hotel / Guest House with good Living Environment.
